FIX (read me first)

A fairly unusual find, unfortunately the original has no book covers and the display mode sets the page size to 150% (why do they do that?) Below is a fix I made, it adds the book covers and sets the initial page sizes to "fit width", there are too many tables within this book to edit it and make all pages continuous scrolling so I've left it as I found it, the fix makes it much nicer to navigate
